1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all participants, speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders attending the Swiss Cyber AI Congress (“the Event”), organized by Web-Set Interactive GmbH, taking place at the Palazzo dei Congressi, Lugano, Switzerland. By registering or attending, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration & Admission

Participation requires prior registration and full payment. The organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Event without stated reason. The number of participants is limited; registrations are processed in the order received.

3. Fees and Payments

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before the Event. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and selected digital wallets. Any bank fees are borne by the participant.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A refund of 80% of the participation fee is available for cancellations received up to 30 days before the Event. No refunds are available for cancellations received thereafter. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

5. Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, speaker lineup, venue, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund or reduction in fees.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The organizer reserves the right to expel individuals without refund for violating this code.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for event-related purposes, including communication and access control. The data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for event operation. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the Event are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or recording without written permission from the organizer or respective speaker is prohibited.

9. Media and Photography

The Event may be recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and voice in promotional materials, recordings, and live streams. You may opt out by notifying the organizer in advance in writing.

10. Liability and Insurance

The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the Event. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. No liability is accepted for force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).
